Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons paprika plus 1 teaspoon
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients.
    1 ½ tablespoons kosher salt, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, 2 tablespoons paprika, 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon cayenne, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon dried thyme, 1 tablespoon dried oregano, 1 to 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • Use a funnel to pour into a spice jar or airtight container.
  • Use as needed.
